Photos of the Hanoi Thermal Power Plant ("Yen Phu"), circa 1967?

Halfway sensible question, this time: could anyone tell me where I might find photos of the Yen Phu Thermal Power Plant in Hanoi, circa 1967? It’s the target that John McCain was shot down trying to bomb during the war, as it happens.

The only photos I’ve been able to find online are small, and heavily obscured by smoke.

There are two shots in Google Earth of what I think is the plant site, but taken years after when I understand the plant (or what was left of it) was decommissioned; and the area’s been redeveloped since—it’s under a couple of big office towers, and some bed and breakfasts now.

So…can anyone help me out?

the area is better known by the name of the lake, Ho Tay. West Lake.

Here’s a page celebrating the female soldiers, including the ( suspiciously ‘too amazing to be true’ female AA gun operators creditted with hits… )

But they don’t like to show what they lost. they prefer to show their wins, positives… propaganda …
