Photoshop question

I think this is the right place for this…

Anyway, any of you PS gurus know how to take a bunch of jpegs and change the resolution for all of them in one fell swoop? Does batch processing do this?

I do this all the time. I am have not got access to PS right now so I am guessing - go to ‘file’ and then something like ‘automation’

choose ‘create web gallery’ in the next screen choose the new size and compression for your pictures, the source and destination directories.

Once you are done just delete all your thumbnails and the html file (leaving you with your batch processed pics.

Vlad, love the name. Alternatively (I think I’m saying something different than Lobsang) you can put all the files in the same folder, record an “Action” on one of the files, change the res, then save the file, either to a new folder with the same name or just saving over the old file in the same folder.

Go to “File/Automate/Batch” and select the action you recorded, the source folder with the original files and the new folder.

These instructions are to be loosely interpreted, but if you need more help, let me know!
