PHP Announcement list manager?

I’m looking for a lightweight, gadget free, announcement list manager in PHP. If I can’t find one by tomorrow morning I’ll write it myself but I thought I’d ping the Dope and see if anyone else out there has some suggestions.

I basically need it for a “Subscribe to be notified when we go live” form.
