That’s not what he’s alleging.
His rants all basically boil down to all of mainstream medicine being Evil and Corrupted By Big Pharma. In his universe there is no “bad mixture of pharmaceuticals”, there is only the concept that any Big Pharma drug is presumed to be toxic and life-threatening (whether or not taken as directed), and that we should all be rejecting them in favor of herbs, supplements, or any form of quackery that he happens to be peddling at the moment.
I’ll bet that whatever the final cause of Ledger’s death is determined to be (overdose, multiple drug interactions, cardiac arrhythmia or whatever), Adams will refuse to accept it and squawk about a coverup by the Usual Suspects, i.e. the Media/Big Pharma/FDA.
Is it me, or does the thread title seem to be getting longer and more drawn out?
And more awesome if gay sheepherders from the Outback whose lives were changed by that movie drove a pack of rabid dingos and pissed off wallabees into the Phelps pack.
With the $11 million verdict hanging over them I’m surprised that their finances aren’t more restricted.
Not until he pickets Scooby Doo’s funeral (which I’m sure he will- after all, Scooby was in that movie with Rowan Atkinson who was in BLACKADDER with famous fag Stephen Fry who played even more famous fag Oscar Wilde in a movie that had a fag played by Jude Law who also played a fag in Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil which starred Kevin Spacey (no comment) who was in *Beyond the Sea * with John Goodman who was in *Death Sentence * with Kevin Bacon who was a fag in JFK (who was a friend and distant in-law of fag Gore Vidal).
PS- Does Australia have any type of Free Speech law in their constitution that would protect Clan Phelps? If not, this could be perfect, though I doubt he’ll go. Phred often says he’s going to protest funerals that he never actually shows up at.
Of course the real question here is how many salads did Scooby toss, if Scooby did indeed Doo so?

You know, apropos of nothing, I have to say that the Phelps clan has really been letting me down over the past couple of years.
For starters, they totally changed the format of their site. It used to be that all the hate and the bile and the insanity were right there on the main page, with hyperlinks directing you to their picketing schedule and video news and cheesy PDF’s. You go there now, and it’s all tabs and submenus and annoying sound effects, and I can’t find anything without their sitemap. Come to think of it, I can’t find anything with their fucking sitemap. I’ve forgotten which Phelps kid is the webmaster, but he needs to lay off the advanced Internet programming courses and get back to his roots.
And speaking of getting back to one’s roots, what the hell is it with these damn music videos? Phred claims that the WBC is a primitive baptist church in the style of 19th century fire-and-brimstone preachering. These were guys who would probably tattoo a cross to your head and hang you by your ankles from the nearest oak for getting caught with a bow and fiddle, and now we have Shirley and company rapping? Rapping badly too, I might add. I was going to link to the video, but I couldn’t find their video submenu, and the sound effects were getting on my nerves, so fuck it.
It’s like the WBC I loved to hate back in the day is gone and replaced by these self-important fuckwits. No one used to care about Shirley’s bastard whelp until they started making international news, and now you only have to mention it to shut her up. It’s like none of them come across as primitive baptists anymore. Now they’re all like those annoying rednecks from Pete’s Dragon. 
All the more reason to have Ledger’s funeral in Australia. Those WBC loons turn up here, I predict confidently they will get a very different response from the one to which they are accustomed.

In her interview on the Australian radio show Kyle & Jackie O Shirley Phelps Roper states “I wouldn’t set foot in your filthy country! I’d probably go to jail for saying these things.” (Australia the filthy country in question), so apparently they checked airfare and speech laws. (About the 5:00 mark.)
I’m just glad they wouldn’t let them into Canada.
They even took on the largest U S Marine Corps base in the world, Camp LeJeune, NC last weekend. I haven’t seen any followup stories.

It is in Australia, and Heath’s family apparently hasn’t publicly announced the date/location of the funeral. So the Phelps have written an open letter asking them to disclose said location so they can picket the funeral.

Man, those Ledgers are just being assholes aren’t they? How do they ever expect the Phelps family to get closure if they can’t be there are a “respectful” distance? (I wonder if Shirley laughed when typing “respectful”? Not that I think they have any intention of braving the Australian authorities/Ledger fans and going to the expense of getting to Australia to begin with.)
I’d say 12kmi is a respectful enough distance.
