I have another thread going on regarding which three physical activities you would pick if you had to choose three. On a related note…I’m always curious to explore new kinds of activities. There are so many common activities and sports we all know. I’m wondering about unique activities that are more out of the mainstream but that might be fun to try.
I’ve always known about yoga…but when I learned there is something called “Acro Yoga”…I immediately thought about how cool that sounded! I never knew yoga could be done with a partner. It looks like an amazing balancing activity.
Any other unique activities out there that one wouldn’t necessarily think exists, or even could be done as a class?
