Pickled navel beef cubes? What should I do with it?

Never seen this before, but saw it tonight at the grocery by the meats and bought some on a lark. Its cheap about half the price of clod cubes, they did not have much of it and it was wrapped up like the cold cut ends so I am guessing it might have been the leftovers of a special order or something?

Whats the best thing to do with this?

Well, here’s a Chowhound thread, which seems to suggest beef stew. If it’s as salty as I suspect, that’s probably a good bet.
