Pierce Brosnan in Fifth Third Bank radio ad?

A radio ad promoting Fifth Third Bank’s new equity flex line is getting a lot of play in NE Ohio. It starts with someone singing a few lines from “Come on-a my house,” and then segues into a low-key British man talking about the joys of owning your own home and FTB’s financial offerings.

The British guy sounds a lot like Pierce Brosnan, former 007, but I’m not sure. Anyone know?
