Well, what dropzone is saying is that the quoted sentences of yours are a bit…um…hard to follow. I’m having difficulty understanding them. I’m not being snarky or deliberately obtuse. I cannot understand why anyone – as qualified as they might be, and most aren’t – would have an animal as part of their responsibility who could kill someone, and the intelligence level of, perhaps, a 2 year old kid. Isn’t that a disaster ready to happen? Not to every owner, of course, the great majority don’t have to deal with disasters like their dog killing their neighbor or their kid or the guy walking by with a limp…but some do, and there was no need for them to ever have to.
