As a former elected school board member I was there specifically to cut through the bullshit and oversee a system largely made up of unionized workers who want more money for less work, and who rarely have the best interests of children at heart.
The people in upper administration, the Superintendant and school principals, are usually better aligned with actually promoting educational outcomes, but the teachers are mostly lazy and indolent.

It’s typical right wing hatred of public education. Any insult or denigration he can throw at it is just part of the playbook. Remember that even though he is barely self aware enough to be against Trump, he’s aligned with every other right wing agenda, including that of cruelty for cruelty’s sake.
It’s not even that his insults are creative or any way thoughtful, just knee jerk reactions and recitation of the litany he’s been taught to recite.
What a loser you are if you really believe this. If you actually claim to have come to this conclusion through exposure to real public school teachers, yours just lying.
To be fair, he was born fully formed, springing from the head of Minerva, already in possession of all the knowledge he would ever need in this life. He had no need of teachers, nor a need to learn anything new.
This is why he is so resentful to the idea of education, and hostile to those who facilitate such.
Did he accuse me of being like a woman? I work in a profession dominated by women, and I wear my hair in a long braid, so maybe he’s confused. I guess that’ll fall in the “not accurate but also not insulting” category.
I went to a parochial (Catholic) elementary school and then public schools straight through university. The only crappy teachers I had were in elementary school (I had good ones, too). And that was only one, maybe two, out of eight.
