I don’t think it’s as simple as that. He’s being deliberately provocative by hijacking a thread with the same claims he’s made before, intentionally to rile people up. He never backs up anything he says, and what he says is completely contradictory.
He’s not living in the right wing media sphere because he’s here. There are threads documenting what Trump has done, his indictments, threads about Fox News admitting to lies, and yet he insists that Biden is the one who’s some massive criminal and the worst president in recent years.
There is no excuse for that. If he truly believed what he was saying, he wouldn’t be here. I am convinced he’s just stirring up shit for his own amusement. He’s not a poor lost soul, he’s a wannabe agent provocateur.

P&E threads are at their best, IMO, when they’re full of cogent analysis backed by substantial cites. I learn a lot from threads when they’re like that; they can be more informative than the WaPo when they’re at their best. But posts like HB’s nonsense just increase the noise-to-signal beyond what’s tolerable.
Whatever happened to that backyard hobbyist tinkerer who was always looking for ways to get an extra half a percent range increase out of arrows? That guy was a lot of fun, and knew the value of critical thinking.

I personally think the racist shit they spewed recently that I mentioned upthread was worse (I have them on ignore, but saw the Biden crap when I was on my not signed in Fire Tablet last night) - and it got by on a technicality as not being 100% incorrect with yet another note.
For any mods reading this thread, I suggest that someone with a bit of spare time (and I know you guys have lives, so I’m not going to scream and shout) look at the sheer volume of racist, bigoted, and homophobic crap this poster has produced over the last few years and see just how many of these “we’re giving you a note” he’s skated by on.
I saw (prior to the last one where he got the fuck-you ignore from me) very clear tendencies, that should earn him at least a serious consideration as Troublesome Poster ban and zero evidence they’re getting better.
Not yet, but I believe he has put himself on the radar for most of the mods now. If he makes ranting, citeless posts in P&E or GD please flag them. It will allow us to stop the hijacking and hopefully change his posting style.
