Stop getting the misleading info from the CO2 Coalition, a group with connections to the fossil fuel industry…
Among the most misleading talking points is that low content of CO2 would be deadly for plans. in essence: some plants will have problems, but others do not have an issue with low CO2 content. And then: The Big Bottom line: no one is proposing that lowering CO2 will have to go so low so as to hit the levels that the deniers are worried about.

HBDC, it is with mixed emotions that I bother to engage here. On the one hand, you’re wrong about pretty much everything politics-related/-adjacent (although I freely admit that I’m not the best-equipped Doper to school you). OTOH, you are from what I think of as my hometown*, so I feel like just out of hometown solidarity, I should suggest that NOTHING you say in your “defense” is going to do you any good, so it would be to your benefit to not let yourself be drawn into the conversation. Go write a post about how to fletch arrows for the best range/accuracy.
*(just like the late not-all-that lamented dougie_monty, and OH MY GOD, WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH ME? Was it the swamp gas from Madrona Marsh? Was I exposed to it for too long?)
Just a comment on HBDC. After their last frenzy, they specifically requested a ban because they felt they couldn’t help themselves. Of course, as @Euphonious_Polemic pointed out at the time, it was just as likely, if not MORE, that he was dodging the banhammer after the last time he broke the rules over the same restrictions. And then they came back, and within basically three months, stepped right back into the same behavior. Personally I come down on them being an absolute troll - but I bring this up because I wanted to emphasize that I (apparently along with @What_Exit) feel that a suspension won’t fix the problem.
You might make it clear to you, to me, to everyone else in the universe, but there’s no way HBDC is abiding by those restrictions on his self-appointed mission to enlighten us sheeple.
I don’t know if HBDC will stop trying to enlighten us on the subject of climate change, but I note that his statement that he dropped out of school at Grade 8 helps to explain his rather novel views on the subject.
