You predict wrong. I read every one of those articles, although I don’t agree with all the points in all of the cites, overall that list was almost exactly what I wanted. I didn’t ask for cites with the motivation of disputing them, I wanted more information about the kinds of executive orders President Trump could have / should have made, which was provided (mixed in with criticism of Mr. Trump’s overall approach to the pandemic).
