Plaese help me find - picture chart for foreign speakers

Background - my aunt has cancer, with only a few weeks to live. She has recently had a stroke (we think) that has left it very difficult for her to speak. She is unable to write the words as well. She is extremely frustrated.

A year or so ago I saw a chart in the travel section of a bookstore that had pictures you could point to and try to communicate.

Nobody seems to know what I am trying to describe. The rehab tools for stroke patients is not feasible for my aunt. She is exhausted and doesn’t have the energy for them.

I’ve googled this everyway I can think of, and still no luck.

Can anybody help me?

You could try making one on the computer. Find graphics of the pictures you want. Print.

If you want, you can email me (email in profile) with some words you want and I can try and put together something and send it to you.
