Sometimes we get great gifts.
My GF gave me the first three seasons of The Muppet Show on DVD. I was seriously considering calling in sick today so I could watch them.

He had to work, so I worked too.
He did wake me up with a great big
Happy Valentines Day Baby text.
We’ve been busy lately, so we didn’t really think about it until it was right on top of us. He didn’t get home until after 8pm so we weren’t really expecting much. He got me a children’s album by the Banana Slug String Band called ‘‘Only One Ocean.’’ It’s all about sea life and pretty cute. We listened to that together and then read comic books in bed as usual (our nighttime ritual.)
This weekend we’re going to see a movie, and he’s getting his Valentine’s Day present, which involves me cooking and our favorite piece of lingerie.
My plans worked out well. I sent flowers to her office. The arrangement was so big they had to open the double doors to get it in the building. There may be some guys married to other women there who end up mad at me, apparently they were sending some pretty lame little arrangements and according to my wife weren’t received all that well after they’d all seen what I sent.
Thread title making me feel a little paranoid.
We have ways of making you talk, vd.
Don’t worry, if anyone had plans for you, it would be kept quieter so you wouldn’t see it coming.
I have to say though, I’m one more who looked at the title and didn’t think of Valentine’s day. Briefly I wondered who the heck would make plans to get a disease. Oops.
Ha, yes, my thought was “Well, I’m allergic to penicillin…”
I got officially married yesterday. Does that count?
We don’t do Valentine’s Day.
However. Our Anniversary is coming up Monday & I have a bag of goodies stashed away that includes coffee, chocolate & a book of Love Coopuns, among other things!
Mazel Tov, Tapioca Dextrin
Cool! Congrats!
But does it have a catchy PSA?
