Plant identification help (picture)

Saw this at an acquaintance’s house, but she didn’t know what it was. I’m turning to you for help!

Growing in northeast Wyoming, fairly sure it isn’t native.

I’m going to go out on a limb (not really) and say it’s a Euphorbia.

Looks a little like E. myrsinites (myrtle spurge) but I think it’s a different species/variety.

The flowers are definitely indicative of Euphorbia. Don’t be fooled by the showy bracts of Poinsettias…most euphorbia blossoms are those tiny, simple, usually actually green things.
