I wonder if he got points taken off for having the characters sing a Guns & Roses song for two pages. If I were the instructor, that would just scream “filler.”

It is my sad duty to inform you that do to recent innacuracies in your work, your services as Scylla’s judge as to whether or not he is living up his own self-imposed standards will no longer be required.

A recent management change has led to a restructuring in the “conscience” department as well, and we will no longer be outsourcing this role, preferring, instead to handle it internally, without your help.

You will be receiving your termination package in the mail as required under COBRA within 10 business. At such time you may make your elections as to health benefits and vested retirement assets.

Said termination is effective immediately.
