I was just wonderin if anybody could tell me a list of good games for the PSX or PS2 that had good link modes (for use with the Link cable)
I am pretty sure the C&C games do, and possibly GT3 so I won’t need any racing games, but any others would be a great help.
For the iLink cable the better games are the Time Crisis and Time Splitters series. GT3 has amazing iLink support, I’ve frequented and hosted more than 10 parties and competitions using this feature. Now we’ve switched to GT4 though and the i.Link HUBs I have for connecting 6 PS2s for six-way GT3 racing are somewhat out of a job, being replaced by an old 8-port HUB - fortunately one that I already had for PC purposes. 
There aren’t too many games out there though that support the PS2s i.Link port. But those that do, are awesome, certainly Time Crisis 2 and 3, GT3 and Time Splitters rule. For the PSX I can’t remember, I never linked.
Still, there are tons more PS2 games now that can use the LAN functions of the Network adapter though, so that’s still the best way to do it. But for Time Crisis, there is currently no version out there that supports LAN, only i.Link.
There were a couple of PS1 pinball games that used the link. The Pro-Pinball Series by Empire. [[Then again, the CD seems to emulate a “Real” pinball table just a tad too much.]]
