Done - I writing to encourage others - 3 or 4 minutes. Just do it!
Done. On a related note using a website like monster or facebook to look for employment is a very inefficient approach to it.
Done.
Thanks for the continued responses! I’m now up to 174 (from all three sites), which is way more than I expected.
I hope you expanded on that in the survey’s last question.
One little mid-week bump, if I may, and then this thread can sink.
Done, and I agree that more demographic information be a valuable way to view the results.
Or a goat. Or the collected discography of Duran Duran. Or pie!
Mission accomplished: I did the survey.
So you’re saying that we’re skewed?
Survey seems to assume that HR Professionals do all hiring and the rest of us are “job seekers”.
Since I’ve never looked for a job via monster or a social networking site, but I’ve interviewed and hired from monster.com, should I do the “HR Professional” survey?
Whichever one you want to do – or both, even.
Done.
I have to wonder, then… what happens when HR professionals go job-hunting? I mean, they know all the tricks and can fake out the interviewer and everything.
