Please help identify this logo / symbol

NeoCortex, where did your dad live and work, and what type of work did he do (at least approximately, if you don’t want to give out identifying information.)

Yeah, a clue to background might help.

I also think the logo would suit a parcel freight company. Three boxes zipping around.

Medical Doctor in a couple states over the years; all in the Western U.S.

It could be something picked up at a trade show (or pharmaceutical conference). Perhaps a medical office supplies distributor.

Yeah, I was thinking along those lines. I initially thought pharmaceutical promotion, but maybe medical device manufacturer. “Our Machine That Goes Bing is the Swiss army knife of phrenology!” or something.

Those could be three cubes rotating around a central axis as they approach the viewer.

Here’s the logo of the American Foundation for Pharmaceutical Education. Maybe the logo on your dad’s knife is a legacy from which the current AFPE evolved.

There’s a medical research firm called Triskelion. It might be a previous logo for them.

I tried a slightly different approach that almost always works for me.
I redrew the logo and reverse searched it on Google Images. It worked!
Unless the logo is stolen it belongs to a Turkish company called “AG Grup Çevre Danışmanlık” which translates as “AG Group Environmental Consulting”.
Here is a link to the English version of their website.

Hope it helps.

Holy crap! Well done, and welcome to the board! Please stick around.

BTW: what did you use to redraw it? Just curious. That’s a very clever approach.

Simple, I’m a graphic designer and use Adobe Illustrator daily.
Also, I like solving mysteries

Nice work. I thought about doing that, but am not that proficient in Illustrator that it’d be a quick job for me.

I’ve noticed this logo, though, appears on another Turkish websites. Maybe they’re all related, though.

Here’s a LinkedIn page for some sort of computer consultant. Oh, and there’s the Facebook page here.

Thats awesome Gorangoran! Thank you! Lol the result means nothing to me but thats the logo alright! That company was founded in 2011 which doesnt fit but that doesnt mean he company wasnt purchased along with the Logo and restructured over the years. I’ll ask around with family and friends and see what I can Discover! I’ll let you know and thank you again!

Did he ever serve in the military? The Army, Navy, and Air Force all have bases in Turkey. If he was stationed there, it could have been a gift from someone.
