That’s just a rear sliding glass window. They’re an option on pretty much every pickup truck, so that doesn’t really narrow it down.
You mentioned 4th Street. Did the accident happen in the shopping area on 4th between Hearst and Virginia? You should know that there is a construction supply store called Truitt and White around the corner from there at 642 Hearst. It’s possible that the driver of the truck was doing business there. If so, the employees at Truitt and White might recognize the truck. You also might see the truck again if you hang around there long enough.
