OK, I am trying to find the title of an episode of Scooby Doo (don’t laugh).
It’s the episode where The monster that terrorises the gang turns out to be the guy they met at the start of the episode in disguise

Was the guy dressed as a fortune teller in the beginning? Did they catch him by recognizing some piece of jewelry, by chance?
Did he claim that he would’ve gotten away with it, if it hadn’t been for those meddling kids?
