Please help me ID a (Burt Renolds?) movie!

I need to know what movie (With Burt Renolds if my brain is remembering correctly), involved a hitman who had an expertice with sharp objects, and demonstrates this ability by slitting some bad guy’s throat with a credit card?

I am alomst positive it was Burt Renolds (As the guy with the slicing ability, and in the scene mentioned above he was in a room with some bad guy who was going over these exact details, when Burt upped and offed one of his henchmen with the credit card.

I thought it was Sharkey’s Machine, but IMDB tells me I’m wrong.
