Not sure if it is a movie, a TV show (Takes from the Darkside?) or a book, but I have a friend who wants to know, and I figure if anyone will know, the dopers will.

Thanks, but as has been pointed out, that is definitely not it. The quote is from some sort of TV show or movie, I suspect, because it has been sampled and put in a video game called “Deathsmiles” but no one seems to know where it came from.

Why are you so sure that this is sampled? As I understand it, the music and character voices are original, so why not this bit?
Not that I know of. It’s a personal acquaintance who is asking on behalf of someone they know online. MIght be PSXer, whom I have never heard of.
