Pie had her chest tube (drainage) removed today. X ray is clear. She is afebrile, and will be receiving the last of her antibiotics today. As of now the plan is to discharge her tomorrow! I am so relieved, and so happy for her.
Thanks for all the friends and relations who have been so giving and concerned for her, and for me. This will probably be the last update, unless something changes the plans.

That’s good to hear. I think I hear a collective sigh of relief coming on. Glad to hear she’s doing well and hope she continues to do so.
