Damn fine piece of writing.
Thank you for passing that along, Milo.

Incredible, thoughtful article - thanks for posting the link.
I found this on CNN and, folks, I pray that the statements made here by world leaders aren’t just empty platitudes. http://www.cnn.com/2001/WORLD/europe/09/13/world.response/index.html
If half of the offers and statements here bear fruit, we could be on our way to the kind of unity and cooperation we’ve dreamed of since Woodrow Wilson came up with the League of Nations.
Great article. I hope everyone reads this at some point.
Thanks, Milo.
Thank you indeed, Milo. I received this myself this morning, and was thinking about posting it. You did a fine job. I haven’t read the second one that TexasSpur yet. From some of the comments, perhaps I don’t want to at this time. As for the article by Leonard Pitts:
Amen.
An incredible essay…I got choked up again, and I thought I was past that point.
I’m passing this on to friends, thanks Milo.
Thanks, Milo. I think it sums up the feeling of a lot of people.
Great article, Milo. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
I’ve already sent the link on to friends and family, thanks for posting it, Milo. I agree that the Pitts’ column’s sharpness comes from the poignancy of the pain and resolve it inspires, making it the superior of the two articles.
Good article, but one other thing. It just isn’t Americans that are going to be battling terrorism. Every friggen country in the world appears to be ready too do it too. It sounds like Terrorists may be having a tough time of it.
At least, thats what I genuinely hope.
I passed it on…the people I passed it to passed it on…
Still like the article.
[sub]I REALLY hope it doesn’t become another Sinclair thang, though[/sub]
