Please recommend a good free online survey creation site

Background: I wish to let my high school students (12th graders) assess themselves on two things: class participation and homework. I had been using a nifty Chinese online learning platform site, but that site recently went pay–and, boy, did they go pay; it’s expensive now, so that’s not happening. I do have a survey monkey account; however, the free account isn’t all that hot, ISTM.

What I’m looking for: For the moment, I’d like a survey that I can use for about ten questions for each self-assessment and a survey size of 70. This time the survey is not anoymous. In the future, I’d like it to allow a lot more than ten questions. Of course, the thing needs to provide a much larger survey size, randomization options, online sharing of the link, analytics, anonymous/non-anonymous, and ability to download the blank survey, completed survey, and analytics.

Your turn. Any ideas? Any good experiences with what I’m looking for?

I use Google forms. I’m not sure what you mean by “randomization”, but i think it does the rest of what you are looking for.

Oops! I forgot one important thing. It has to be available in China without using a VPN, so Google’s stuff is out.

By randomization, I mean the survey questions can be randomized so they’re in a different order each time.
