Darn. I’mt thinkin of having kids soon and I’d love to have the little boogers marked so I can identify them.
I actually do know a guy who was tattooed when he was a baby. But it was a “family” thing with a family crest that was done privately. It was done in Australia. I’m not certain if the age of consent for tattoos are different there than here.
Why should I go to all that trouble when I can post here and get you to do it for me? Talk about win/win! I get to have others do work for me and you get to feel all superior. 
Damn! Going to have to wait until payday to get Sonny that ‘Little Nemo’ tat. 
I got hoaxed when I first saw it. I though it was cool because the first line of my second novel is “Little kids shouldn’t get tattoos”. I thought it was a case of life imitating art and therefore my work was art.
I guess it isn’t.
That’s pretty cool. I especially like the Strawberry Shortcake & Garfield tats.
They wouldn’t seem cool at first, until you said, “Oh yeah. That one. I got it when I was two.”
