Ewwwwwww. EEWWWWWWWWWWW! URRRGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!
Well, I am NOW. (Nah, just kidding. That is awful weird, though.) I think it is photoshopped - I don’t think your optic nerves stretch that far, do they?
Yeah, that’s got Worth1000 written all over it.
If I’m wrong, however, I hope he doesn’t use that as a way to try and pick up chicks.
I…I’m too scared to click on it…
Either looks like a hammerhead shark… or Peter Lorre.
Is it just me, or do the eyes look like they’re upside down? I mean, aside from being in the worng place…
Look at the rightmost corner of the right eye. You can see it extends just a bit past the cheek into the finger. It’s the little slips that ruin a Photoshop job.
Are you seriously looking for reassurance that it’s not real?
Overlooking the obvious anatomical impossibilities:
The eyes don’t conform to the topology of the cheeks – especially the one on the right, which appears flat and extends beyond the outside curve.
The skin over the orbits is crudely cloned from the forehead, and even if you weren’t looking at the same arrangement of pixels, you would expect that skin to be stretched tight, not relaxed.
[/humourless killjoy]
Ages ago I went to a state fair and they still had a side show with “freaks”…I am not being politcally uncorrect, that was the billing then.
At any rate, one of the guys could let his eyeballs hang out of his sockets and rest on his cheeks. I was a little kid at the time and about had a heart attack! However, I also thought it was kind of cool. It was not a “trick”, he could do it for real. Saw some articles on him years later, and I think he was even in a horror film? Not sure, but think I saw him again on screen.
So, my vote? Real - no photo shop.
Snopes still lists it as undetermined.
I saw a TV show recently about an infant with a birth defect that resulted in a seriusly scrambled face, and one eye was down at nostril level. But otherwise, your eyes are in a bony cage and aren’t movable.
As Photoshopped images go, it’s not bad.
The skin covering the spot where the eyes should be looks remarkably like a clone job using the forehead as its source. In fact, on not so close scrutiny, the left eye has a crease that looks identical to the crease in the forehead just above the nose area.
Sorry** Larry Mudd**, somehow missed your post.
I find it odd that the eyebrows haven’t moved an inch. So I’m thinking it’s fake.
If you look at the center of the forehead, just a tad above the shiney part, there is a line in the skin that goes up gradually to the left. Now, if you look at the right eye socket area (as you look, on the left side) you can see the same exact line. Even up to having the same inclination, and the same teeny tiny break at the left of it before in continues left just a smidge more.
Like homebrew said. It’s the little slip ups.
Photoshopped.
Also, if you’re around photoshop anough, it’s easy to pick out smudge and blend tool marks.
You beat me to it. And also, the tear ducts in the photo are located on the outside corners of both eyes. Whoever photoshopped this did a pretty good job but if it’s not fake i’ll shit in my hand and eat it. :dubious:
I type to slowly.
Yeah, something didn’t look quite right, but I didn’t study it long enough to figure it out. He still shouldn’t be scrunching his face up like that though, it looks painful.
I cannot for the life of me see what you’re talking about. The first thing I noticed was the left eye (his right) had its tear duct on the outside.
Actually… squints Is it that shallow near-horizontal line just above the shiny bit of his forehead?
