I know, but the cars have gotten butt ugly. No offence to the newbie, but much of that has been a sacrifice to the god Downforce. Although I have no idea how those kayak noses do anything but lift the front end. I really must look into modern aerodynamics.
One hell of a lot more of us Murkins know about F1 than when I was a kid, BTW. Although I’m stuck, just like everywhere else in my life, in 1968.
