Anyone have a ballpark figure on construction costs per sq/ft for mid to high-end condo/commercial space in the Portland, Oregon area?

Not Portland but Seattle.

I would say it is in the $225 - $250 SF for condo, don’t have a number on the office though. Much depends on the skin–is it curtainwall? This would be for like a 300’ tower, mid to high end condominium.

These numbers were from about 18 months ago–so I am confidant that it has dropped somewhat on the labor side, but conversely the material costs might have pushed it higher due to energy issues.

Dan, if you’re not locked in on Portland specifically, you might check Vancouver. Prices are quite a bit lower over there.
