Have area hospitals been asked if this is something they actually do? I suspect the answer is no, but if it’s yes, then that’s where the most serious questions need to be directed.
Seriously. I hope they say no, but if I were the kid up for a different kind of needle in the justice system…
When he gets off, pun intended, he should just send a picture of spluge to the precinct that arrested him. See if the get a comparison shot to compare that! Well, it’s WVA, so they’d probably claim the spluge is ectoplasm.
If I were the judge, I’d make it simple. Ask the girl if she sent pictures of herself, ask if she was offended by the response. Ask the boy, if that’s him (or part of him) in the video. He says yes, fine. $200 fine and no more sexting for the both of ya. Hell, they could’ve gotten married in VA at 12 or near that.
Add “shithead” and variations. Nobody hears “wanker” and doesn’t think of men first either. I can’t speculate about all women, but I’m pretty sure Fallen was just in search of something to clutch her pearls about, because when supplied with ample gender-neutral or male-centered swears, she moved the goalposts about what “the men” should stop saying to include any body-part-related terms at all.

Which means that somewhere out there is someone whose job it is to collect pictures of underage erections.
How would you put that on your resume?
