With which party’s principles and platforms do you most identify?
With only 2 of us voting so far, it’s a neck and neck race between Democrat and Libertarian. How exciting!
Yeah, don’t worry. I’ll be down to 2% after just a bit. 
I was hoping for a “Socialist” option. I guess I could’ve voted “Other,” but I didn’t want to be lumped in with those nasty Whigs.
What can I say, I’m not American, so those lines don’t even apply.
None of the above really, but since I don’t vote Republican and nobody but Democrats are ever likely to win an election against them I’ll go with Democrat.
I suspect that there are more Libertarians than Republicans on this board. It’ll be interesting to see the outcome of this.
Yes – I live in the US, but have difficulty identifying with any party – and I don’t want to put down “Independent”, since I’ve belonged to a political party for more than 30 years. So I voted “Other”.
Doesn’t “Other” mean everything else – communist, socialist, christian democrat, liberal, fascist, etc.? And who is a Whig these days?
I might go with one party on national issues and another on state and local, all the while reserving the right to go with whichever candidate has the most intelligence and character.
Other, since I can’t whole-heartedly go with any of the first four choices.
I went with independent because none of the parties ever seem to get it quite right. These days especially, it seems the focus is more on party politics rather than what will help the people.
I wonder who’s going to be brave enough to post the first religious poll. Not me.
Since Independent is (or at least was) a party around here, I put other. My voting habits include both parties at every level, a liberterian, and some independents.
