Does anyone know of a website for odds on elections (US preferably)

Well, the odds on elections will vary according to the way the money is staked right up until the time the betting closes (which will be just before the election). Thereafter nobody will quote you any odds.

Are you looking for historical information about the odds which were quoted in respect of elections held in the past? Or are you looking for a site which will quote you current odds in respect of elections yet to be held?
