Poll: Do you have a unique real life name? (Anonymous, obviously)

I started out with two of the most common names in my country for my age group, and ended up with two of the most uncommon names I know of, though I have encountered a few more of me. After changing my ridiculously common last name to one that was made up as someone else’s stage name, I got lots of letters from people in Belgium asking if I was in their family tree, so apparently it is a real last name. My first name is also a slightly unusual spelling, using a different initial than the version most people are used to.

In India, my name is like Jennifer in America. Here I may as well be named Qualihoof the Snorter for the way people react to it. :frowning:

My first name and middle name are incredibly common. Like, in the top 50 for men’s names. But my last name is pretty much unique. So the combo of my first name+last name pretty much points only at me.

My name is Chinese, but even in Asia, I don’t recall anyone ever having the same name as I.

I don’t believe anyone else has my specific first and last names.

My last name is one of the top five most popular last names in the USA, my middle name is also very common.

However my first name is VERY rare, and in fact if you research it on name popularity sites you could pinpoint the year I was born! It spiked in popularity that year(still not anywhere near a popular name) and quickly died off by the next year and had no real presence the year before.

I imagine it would be comparable to girls born recently named Daenarys.

I have a common first name and uncommon last name, and both are very frequently misspelled.

As for Googling myself, if I do that, I usually either get a British pediatrician, or a young woman in Utah.
