POLL: Do you still carry your CDC COVID vaccination card?

No idea what that is.

So it’s an OCD thing?

Seeing how people arrange contents of purses/wallets/whatever might be helpful. I guess it is an OCD thing, maybe.

I was honestly asking, as I have no idea what that site is about.

I do not know either, but on hearing of your wife’s overstuffed wallet I was reminded of it.

When I had my next-to-last booster, the pharmacist put the info on the back; there’s still room for at least one more entry on that side of the card.

Not on mine; there was space on the back, but the last one was filled up in October 2022 and I had another booster in fall 2023.

I’m old, I’ve had all the boosters as well as the original double shot: two in March '21,one in October '21, one in May '22, one in October '22 and one in September '23 – and I just realized that there should have just been space for that one except that apparently for some reason the second March 2021 shot got filled in twice, once on each side. In any case they didn’t even ask to see the card in '23.

I don’t appear to be magnetic yet.

Mine got filled up and they gave me a second card so I have two cards that I don’t carry around. I didn’t even bother with the card when I got my most recent shot last Fall. I have the State of California vaccination record on my phone which I could use but I just looked and they don’t have my most recent jab listed.

I have a CDC card because I got a shot in Florida when I was eligible for a booster in the US when I was at a conference but not eligible up here. I sent a picture of the card to my city Public Health department and they added it to our provincial electronic registry, so it shows up just like all my other Covid vaccines. I can just download a current QR code whenever I want with everything listed.

I don’t carry mine because it wouldn’t fit in my wallet, though I have some app on my phone with the information. It is pinned to the bulletin board in our kitchen for when I need it, which is hardly ever anymore except when getting a booster. I was on a cruise in October and brought it, but I didn’t have to.
