Never heard the NFL usage before today.
First, businesspeak. You know, something like “we need to combine our synergies in order to simplify the current issue into solvibability”.
Second, big tractor machine thingee.
NFL? Uh… have I mentioned we play soccer hereabouts? Well, other people do, I don’t personally.

Heck, I like football and I’ve never heard of the NFL version.

Another item, the google ads are for John Deere and Case farm equipment.

For the record, on this side of the Atlantic, the farm implement would always be called a combine harvester* and we don’t have** NFL draft testing, whatever that is. If you just say “combine” it is likely to confuse people.
** At least I don’t think so. I don’t follow sport.
As someone who follows both college and professional football rather extensively, I must admit that the NFL is rarely the first thing that comes to mind when someone says “Combine”. I have grown to assume that most people do not know what scouting combines are and that assumption influences my reaction.
