I think of “farming” first, "monopolies"second (particularly in the anti-competition sense of combine control and competition legislation) and the NFL not at all.
Farming. I’ve heard of the NFL kind, but I’m not too sure what it means.
My answer should be given extra-special weight because I both own a farm and co-own an NFL team. Seriously.

Harvesting wheat is the first thing I think of, so I suppose farming would come close. I’ve never heard of the NFL thing.
