No.
Nor did Brutus or Bluto. Or Olive Oyl.
Not even Wimpy.
I’m not prepared to contradict you about Popeye, Brutus/Bluto, or Wimpy (although I think I’ll look Wimpy up), but Olive is, in fact the lovely heiress to the Oyl dynasty. Right after her brother Castor.
I stand corrected.

The comic strip Mondo Popeye which ran in the newspapers several years ago, listed Olive’s female cousin from California—Sutra Oyl. :o
