Possible 1930s pop culture references: Can you id?

A follow-up question to this post based on having seen an old cartoon.

Gifts from the Air (1937) based on a Hans Christian Anderson story shows the story of a poor boy who rescues a broken toy soldier. The toy soldier, happy to have been taken, informs Santa Claus, who brings lots of toys to the poor boy.

At about 5:07 there are some contemporary celebrity caricatures. Are the question marks pop culture references that I don’t get, or just random filler toys:

Joe Penner - You wanna buy a duck
? – Roly Poly toy
Ben Bernie – Band Leader
Ed Wynn – Fireman
Eddie Cantor – Beady sailor
? - Santa Claus
Bing Crosby - Wind-up Goat

This might help.

Well, thanks. I had kinda guessed “Kate Smith,” but wasn’t sure.

The link in your OP goes to The Little Match Girl.

Eh. . . oops. I guess it must have come up next, and I hadn’t noticed it.

Thanks to this post I finally figured out the other parody cartoon featuring birds where the band leader’s name was Van Birdie.
