I’ve barely posted at all for well over a year, nor am I important enough to affect elections. Nor has refusing to call bigots what they are done anything other than make them even worse.
And they’ve been constantly pandered to and deferred to, and it’s only made them worse. You are just repeating the old refrain that we just need to grovel hard enough and they’ll surely come to our side this time. It doesn’t work like that.
Disagreement is enough to do that. Existing is enough to do that. The only thing I could do that would make Trump voters happy is to buy a gun and kill as many brown people as I can, then kill myself with the last bullet.
Voting doesn’t matter anymore. The Republicans are going to gerrymander the districts and suppress the vote so hard that it won’t matter how unpopular they are. And that’s the best case scenario.

Look I worked in the oil field for a decade and there are a lot of people in there that have some scary beliefs there are also people who want to do a good job make money and support their family. By calling the second people Earth rapers who are trying to murder poor people all you do is drive them to want to strike back at you. There is a huge difference between calling the people actually preforming an action terrible things and calling the people on the sidelines horrible things. I personally think trump in a menace to society but calling my dad’s best friend that would only shut down our dialog and prevent me from having meaningful conversations in the future.
I assume you mean “whore” (it took me a sec to puzzle out your meaning and that’s my best guess), but the innocence of the trucker’s mom isn’t really an issue since calling someone a bastard these days has morphed into an insult to that person rather than to their mother.

Anyhoo… I agree that insults should be kept relevant. If someone voted Trump, I’m inclined to suspect a deficit in their reasoning ability; I care nothing about their family history.

My point isn’t that insults need to be relevant it’s they should he directed. Voting for trump was a stupid thing to do but lots of smart people do dumb things all of the time. In order to get those people who did a stupid thing on your side or at least no longer against you it’s probably not a great idea to tell them how dumb they are for the next 4 years. On the other hand when one of them starts a KKK fair in the summer time call them racist and protest the fair just don’t attack the guy next door if he doesn’t join your protest or go to the fair because he has to work or watch Desperate Housewives.

Johnson is a doofus as well, albeit a more benevolent dunderhead than Trump. So, in the limited sense of having an unqualified doofus in the White House, you got your wish. It just wasn’t your shemp of choice.
She is? I can’t say I’ve seen any evidence of it. The few stolen routines which were funny when others did them fell totally flat from her.
