It was Season 2. Episode 3, I think. Right here.
I like the Season 1 hallway fight more, but the above one is still pretty great.
Live action:
Undefeatable - This is obviously the best fight scene created by the human race. All other opinions are wrong.
Pretty much any ten minute block from the Raid movies has an epic fight.
Raid 2 - Baseball bat + Hammer fight
Michelle Yeoh had a great rope dart scene in Magnificent Warriors, but the video of it got taken down. You can see pieces of it here.
Fong Sai Yuk - Jet Li rope scene
Black Dynamite vs Nixon - Corny and over the top. The movie itself is a hilarious parody of Blaxploitation films.
Chandramukhi - Even cornier.
300: Rise of an Empire - Themistocles vs Artemisia
Animated movies:
Wonder Woman & Barda vs. Furies - This is one of the best fight scenes I’ve seen from a Western cartoon. One of the few flaws is when WW stands still for a second so she can get kicked in the back.
Wonder Woman vs. Deimos - There’s a slightly humorous moment where WW realizes that high heels can actually be functional. From the Wonder Woman 2009 movie.
Batman vs. The Red Hood - Spoilers on the identity of the bad guy.
Supergirl vs. Darkseid - The fight proper starts around 1:32.
Resident Evil Damnation - Ada Wong vs. President Bellkova - No satisfying conclusion.
Animated shows:
The first three are from the 2003 Star Wars: Clone Wars cartoon by Tartakovsky. The short series has all sorts of neat action scenes and light saber battles.
General Grievous vs Jedi - Fight starts around 3:10.
Obi-Wan Kenobi VS. Durge - Mostly 1:05-2:10 or so, but the rest is cool too I guess.
Justice League Unlimited - Galatea vs. Supergirl - I don’t know if I’ve seen a female character beaten so badly in a family friendly show before. That gut punch at 0:47, ouch.
Last Airbender - Katara vs. Hama - Both the Last Airbender and Legend of Korra are full of exceptional fight scenes, most of them don’t last long on Youtube though, at least not in good quality.
Last Airbender - Aang vs. Firelord Ozai - Video is cropped, mirrored, and with dubious compression, couldn’t find a better copy.
If you search “anime epic fight” you’ll have enough material to last for days. Alternatively you can work your way through this sakuga (high quality animation) playlist. Sometimes it’s mundane scenes like people running through the streets, but every once in awhile there’s a jaw dropping fight scene.
-Wait!-
It’s THIS election day and I never mentioned the Colin Firth Church scene in Kingsmen?
(…all in all, the rally went better than I expected.)
You really can’t go wrong with the movie A History of Violence. Most of the fight scenes are very realistic, only a few “Hollywoodized” ones.
The foundry battle at the end of Jackie Chan’s “Drunken Master 2”, including him falling into an actual pit of flaming coals.
Stewart Granger and Mel Ferrer's sword fight at the end of "Scaramouche".No love for Inigo Montoya vs. The Man in Black?
Inconceivable!
btw, can’t link from my tablet, sorry. I’ll link it later, unless someone else does the honors.
The Ninth Configuration has the bar fight to end all bar fights. Easily the most satisfying ending after an agonizing set-up. This clip unfortunately gives the ending but not the humiliation that finally sends the hero over the edge.
