I was using a World of Warcraft wallpaper, but after reading this thread I decided I needed a new one. Here is a photo I took in Yosemite a couple years ago.
I have a few guidelines for my wallpapers:
- If I use photos, I try to keep them small and centered, so not to confuse myself with the icons.
- Though, I prefer minimal computer art with few colors, or possible abstract photos with effective patterns.
Currently using this from interfacelift.
At home, I use this as my wallpaper. It’s a screenshot I took by hitting [print screen] during a Winamp visualization.
At work, I have a collection of screenshots I took from the game Gran Turismo 4, one snapshot of every car I’ve won a race with. I use them for my screensaver slideshow and the latest pic, which at the moment is this shot of a TVR Speed 12 , is set as my wallpaper.
This is my wallpaper at the moment, I change it every now and then.
