For fun and vague amusement I’m thinking of using my NaNoWriMo novel to jumpstart a web serial in the format of something like " www. talesofmu.com /story " (link broken due to nsfw nature of story). It’s entirely for fun and mostly for my friends, so I don’t want to invest in buying a domain and figuring out how to construct a halfway-usable website and update engine myself. As such, I was assuming that livejournal would be the best platform, but does anyone else have any alternative recommendations?
I always use fictionpress.com for writing. It’s free, doesn’t require a domain name registration, and is fairly easy to use. You can also upload serials as multiple chapters. People can also give you reviews.
