This isn’t a huge deal, but you know how I love to advise. Please check the list of recent threads to see if your topic is there before you start a new thread. There are now three threads about the Sidis guy (though the link to the column is posted in each of them, I’m happy to say.)
Thanks,
Jill
Keeping in mind, of course, that just because there is a thread discussing the Sidis column doesn’t mean that it is the same as the other threads that were spawned from the same source.
What column does this refer to? Please post supporting material or links. I’m not sure I agree with your assertion “I love to advise.”
Just kidding.
I got yer link right here.
Hi Tuba!
Please add to any posting tips the joys of separating paragraphs by skipping a line. It just makes reading so much easier.
Thank you,
Jois
Or…how about this…resisting the urge to recapitulate the thoughts of another poster. If you agree with someone else, just say so! DON’T REPHRASE HIS POST AS YOUR OWN THOUGHTS!

(Man, I am cracking myself up.)

Good tip! I’ll add it if you promise not to call me Tuba.

“Tip” - “to insure promptness”
Learning something everyday…
Cecil’s review of the topic of tipping, including the “To Insure Promptness” myth, is contained in the classic article: What is the origin of tipping?
Whitetho, though I appreciate your help immensely, I fear you’re going off the deep end now. Welcome!
