Pram/stroller/buggy/travel system- recommendations please!

The carseat/carrycot/stroller thing is going to be the biggest financial outlay for irishfoetus (roll on July 16th please), and I’d really like some ideas from any Doper parents about what you have liked/disliked so I* don’t waste our money.

My criteria:
I want the Maxi Cosi Cabrio carseat, so the travel system has to be compatible.
I would like a parent facing /forward facing pushchair so it can look at me when it is tiny, and away from me when it is bigger.
I’m small, irishfella isn’t- we need adjustable handles!
Has to be easy to fold, unfold, and not so heavy that I can’t lift it in and out of my car boot or up and down stairs.
I drive a VW Polo- not the world’s biggest car boot space- it cannot fold up to something huge.
The chassis will probably live in my boot and babe will go up and down stairs to the street in carseat, carrycot or baby sling- did I mention we live in an apartment with no lift and 2 flights of stairs to our front door?

So far I’m leaning towards the Quinny Buzz…I know, terribly trendy, but very easy to push, meets all my criteria and I can lift the chassis with one hand. I’m thinking I’ll get it and the Dreami carrycot (for a pram).

Anyone got one? Did you like it? Did it break? Did it last? Can you wash all the fabric?
Anyone got any better suggestions?

*Like most major financial decisions in this marriage, I (as the one who cares more) am trying to narrow our options down to 2 or 3 before I involve irishfella (as the one who cares less). So far this approach has worked for houses, wedding stuff, clothing, furniture, cars etc.
He has a “whatever you want sweetie” attitude for stuff he doesn’t really care about…the tables would be turned if this was a new PC, camera or TV (in which case he’d be the one poring over brochures and websites and I’d be the one going “whatever… just buy the damn thing already” )but he just can’t get enthusiastic about researching baby stuff, so it is down to me.
