All our prayers and good wishes are heading in that direction! My friend’s twins were in NICU for a couple of weeks, and they turned out just fine. Great, in fact. Little Emma will get the best care possible, and she will be fine!
I will be thinking about them all day, especially when #2 starts kicking me again.

Each precious new baby born is God’s way of saying ‘The world must go on.’ I’m sure with Beth for a mom, and Steven for a dad, sweet little Emma Katheryn will be right as rain in no time. Take care of each other, and come back when you can. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

You know, if these next 72 hours go well, they will be in for a long haul. Even if they live close to the hospital, it is very very hard to live your life while trying to spend maximum time in the NICU. If they don’t live close, I hope there is a Ronald McDonald house nearby.
At any rate, I am sure I am not the only Doper who wants to help however we can. If that means sending food, cards, letters, sappy poems from the internet, whatever, I’d like to. I don’t know how private a person evilbeth is and I wouldn’t dream of being intrusive. But if someone who talks to her privately can inquire and get back to us… I’d be happy to manage this off-list so her name/address doesn’t get posted on open boards, too. But someone check first.

I would like to send my best wishes to Evilbeth , Emma and MrEvilbeth. I was born about two months premature and I know from what my parents said that they appreciated all the support they received at the time.
