Aisan Pears-probably my favorite but so hard to find and expensive…
Oh, wait…I want to add two that I rarely see here but I love love love:
Fresh dates.
Fresh figs.
Hey, I resemble that!

Y’all are doing great! Way past where I would have gotten without your help.
How to turn these into meaningful polls is now a big concern.
Here’s one approach:
Just an idea, so far. Ideas for a better (simpler) way for a poll to mean anything?
Cherimoya.
Durian
mamey sapote (sapote rojo)
White sapote
quadrato banana
sapodilla (nispero)
Ripe figs
Black raspberries (no, they don’t taste like blackberries or red raspberries)
Apples: winesaps, King Davids, Grimes Goldens
watermelon
Nanking cherries (Prunus tomentosa)
I like almost all fruits in theory but I will have to judge it by my reaction when I encounter them.
The only fruits I don’t like very much are Mandarin oranges and Red Delicious apples. They are just a little off and overproduced. The type of banana sold in the U.S. aren’t that great either but I will still eat a good one.
Bananas
Apples
Pears
Plums
Raspberries
Blueberries
Blackberries
Seedless grapes
I definitely don’t want to be a second-guessing dick, but are you talking domesticated or wild blackberries? I strongly dislike the former, perhaps because the latter are my favorite fruit. A domesticated blackberry tends to be a mushy oversweet blob, while a wild blackberry is bitter and sour and sweet and deeply flavored with the essence of a hot summer day, a truly wild flavor.
In the poll, it might be worth separating out some wild fruits like this. I had a friend who thought he hated blueberries until he tried my wild blueberry pie, made with our weekend harvest, for example.
Figs, but they have to be picked fully ripe from the tree the same day. After a few hours, they begin to ferment, when they are especially good.
Mango peelings can be eaten along with the fruit, peeling it wastes too much of it.
Pretty much the only fruits I eat raw are strawberries and bananas.
I have a problem with things like apples: I like them best cold, but my teeth are sensitive to cold. So if I ate them raw, I’d have to cut them up. By the time I’ve cut them up, I’d just as soon throw some oats and butter over the top and bake them into a crisp.
Also, I really dislike having sticky hands. Bananas are perfectly designed to keep your hands clean.
Haven’t seen it listed yet - my favorite raw fruit is the pawpaw. Custardy, banana-ish heavenly almost pudding-like treat.
I am fortunate because I live in the tropics. We got fruit! And they all have their season. Its incredible! But my favorite fruit is the anona. Its season is April/May. Its peak flavor lasts two days! So, it is not likely to be transported over long distances. You will have to come here to enjoy it.
I’m not a big fruit person; the quality is way more hit or miss than vegetables, and disappointing fruit is so frustrating. That said, I love really good:
Bing cherries
Blueberries
Clementines
I can’t think of any fruits I truly dislike, but I do have four favorites that I will never turn down:
Figs
Peaches
Blackberries
Watermelon
Apricot
Paw paw.
It’s the season.
I like almost all fruit. Can’t eat grapefruit any more (drug interactions). My favorites:
cherries (black and Queen Anne)
pears
grapes
oranges
clementines (esp. Moroccan)
blackberries (esp. free plucked off bush and glommed on the spot)
other berries
papayas
apples (especially granny Smith)
bananas
custard apples (cherimoya, although the pawpaw mentioned upthread sounds similar)
plums (esp. black)
apricots
peaches (but the ones we get seem to turn from too hard to rotting in one day)
nectarines
There aren’t a lot of fruits I dislike and I’ll avoid the long listing since almost everything I enjoy has already been mentioned but for a poll, Apples almost needs a separate poll on it’s own, the differences between a Macintosh and a Pink Lady and a Red Delicious are huge.
I would also add the list the Pluot, a wonderful combination of plum and apricot which started showing up here a few years ago. I buy a big bag every time I see them, somehow the addition of apricot turns it into the perfect plum every time.
