I am not entirely sure about the symptoms from the OP, but it sounds like she’s been having ongoing diarrhea since Monday. I’d probably go to the doctor for that. If it were one of my kids, I’d have taken them in on the second day.
I have no prediction about the doctor, but a diet consisting of lots of meat and vegetables sounds reasonably healthy to me. You’ve got your protein, your vitamins and minerals, your fiber, etc. I don’t know what people are so worked up about.
