Closest gets an attaboy from me. My prediction:
Roberts writes the opinion. 5-4 that the mandate and related provision are struck down. Other provisions like the 26 year old children on their parents’ health care survives.
Alito writes a concurring in part, dissenting in part, joined by Scalia and Thomas stating they would strike down the whole law.
Ginsburg writes a dissent joined by Breyer, Kagan, and Sotomayor stating that they would uphold the law in its entirety.
Any takers?
