I just completed this for a job intyerview I will have tomorrow. It’s the one where you are presented with the two pages. On the first page you check the words that you think describe how people expect you to behave, and on the second you check the words that actually describe how you think you behave. Can anyone tell me what the results of these surveys are and how HR departments use them?
I did a couple screen prints and the pages are the same.
